Q: What is BRVO & CRVO?
A. It is total or partial blockage of venous flow of blood in the retinal vessels.
Q. What are the risk factors?
A. Diabetes, Hypertension, high cholesterol levels forms risk factors.
Q. What are the symptoms?
A. Blurred vision, loss of one quadrant vision, retina will shows hemorrhages, blockage and dilation of vessels.
Q. What is the treatment?
A. Angiography is done followed by laser therapy. Injection Macugen may be given.
